I've not bothered to post here in quite a while but I just got off of work and have a little extra time and super exciting news. After two years of AmeriSuites (and finally starting to really like it) I am now an employee of Publix Corporate. I am working in the Real Estate department, and I have a wonderful Monday through Friday, 8-4:30pm job. I am going to stay at the hotel for two- five hours shifts a week to supplement my income while I am trying to pay off one of my credit cards, plus that way I can keep my Hyatt health insurance until my Publix health insurance kicks in.
I also moved in with Ashley Stock and Laura Davis a few weeks ago. We live in an adorable house off of Combee which I love. I am so glad that I moved in here, mentally it is so much better for me then when I was living at my dad's house, plus, I'm 22 and needed to have my own place again. I should have a modest get together sometime soon. Good people, Good food, Good drinks. Sounds delightful!
Well, I think I am going to take a nappypoo.

I'd already done the ten wierd facts about myself on myspace, but Michele tagged me on here & let's face it.. I have endless wierd facts about myself.
1. I love the smell of new carpet.
2. I read Newsweek religiously, but I really don't have a strong grasp on current events so I'm nomally a little confused.
3. I am extremely un-adventurous with my food. I get seriously grossed out at the thought of trying new things and am probably missing out on lots of wonderful things because I'm terrified to try them.
4. Although Ashley is the only person I usually admit this to, I really am husband hunting.
5. I generally have a headache, just the degree of it varies.
6. My dad makes me laugh the most. Generally it's at the expense of someone else.
7. I've never seen a shooting star.
8. My room is either extremely in order with my bed made everyday and my clothes hung up OR a complete disaster. Never in the middle.
9. I've never mowed the grass, I have however ridden around on a riding mower without the blade down.
10. I generally hate buffet resturants, I find the food not nearly as good & I generally only eat a little at a time but pick at my leftovers throughout the day and at buffets you don't get a take home box.

Hello LJ-er's
I was looking back at my recent posts and three pages back goes all the way to January. I used to use three pages in a week! I was much more ridulous then, I suppose. Damn Myspace, it's taken over LJ.
I really am posting to waste time, Michele is going to pick me up and we're going to Winter Haven. I look sexysexy tonight.
My vacation got pushed back to the first week of October, which is slightly disappointing, but owell. I need you guys to make plans with me for that week, there are so many people I've been meaning to hang out with. My birthday is October 15th and I need someone to help me make really awesome plans for my birthday.
I have no current crush and that makes me sad. I need a boy to rock my world. What I really need to do is buy the new Butch Walker CD & replace the one that was stolen inside of my CD player.

There's a Full Sail advertisemnt on this LJ page, that amuses me.
Michele is moving to Rochester, NY and wants me to come. It sounds amazing, but I'm just not sure I'm ready to leave this place. I mean, I complain all the damn time about how much I hate it here, but it's the only place I've ever really known and I'm not sure I'm ready to leave it.

I woke up this morning and I was sitting at the computer eating my cereal and checking my MySpace and I got a message from someone Id lost.
When I was about 4 until the time I was about 15, I knew this girl. She and I were best friends-- no, we were sisters. She would live with me for a month or two at a time. She was part of my family. When I was in middle school or so she and her mom moved to Naples. We still saw eachother a couple times a month, but eventually her phone would get disconnected or something and finally we just had no way to see/talk to eachother. About three years ago her Mom died and after her mom died we talked again a couple times. I was going to go to Naples and spend spring break but then they ended up moving or something like that and AGAIN we'd lost eachother.
Well now, three years later she finds me on fucking MYSPACE of all places AND she lives in Lakeland. I seriously sat at the computer crying this morning.
Ive missed her so much.
Its like Im reunited with my long lost sister.
Nothing could ruin this day.
